Your shipping cost will be displayed at checkout & the cost will be dependent on your location. Usually it will take 3–7 days to process in addition to shipping. The shipping time after processing depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

- Singapore: 11-13 business days

Incorrect Order Addresses
We process our orders quickly. If you inputted an incorrect shipping address it’s very important that you send us an e-mail as quickly as possible with the shipping address that you would like . There’s no guarantee that we’ll be able to switch out the address before fulfillment, but we’ll try our best.

Customs, duties and tax fees
Orders are shipped DDU “Delivered Duties Unpaid” and Smol customers will be responsible for the payment of any customs fees, duties and taxes. Smol has no control over these charges and cannot predict what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary based on the destination country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges for your country.
Smol accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of the original delivery date for orders from the US & Canada. For orders from international countries, please contact email@example.com. Smol customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
All online returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. The return fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Returns due to damaged or incorrect items are excluded from the restocking fee. Returns made for store credit or exchanges do not incur the 5% restocking fee.
For Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact Smol customer service within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos & details. Damaged or incorrect items will not be accepted after 30 days of original delivery date. Please note, Smol customers are responsible for the returning product until it reaches our warehouse.

If you need to make a return in Canada, we’re working to make this as quick and convenient as possible for you. You’ll need your Order Number and Email Address to get started.
You can return items that meet our return policy via mail-in or package- and label-free dropoff at ReturnBear locations across Canada. Our new drop-off return option means you won’t need to repack items or print off any shipping labels, and you’ll be able to instantly return your item - no more wondering when we will get it :) We’re excited to offer drop-off returns and believe that this is one small way that we can employ more sustainable practices at Smolverse!
For mail-in returns, the cost of the return shipping label will be subtracted from your refund or store credit. We offer our drop-off returns to you at no cost.

If you need to make a return or exchange from the United States, we’re working to make this as quick and convenient as possible for you as well. If you’re looking to exchange for another size or colour, we recommend to initiate a return for your qualifying order & re-order after the refund has been processed.
Refunds will be processed once your return has been received at our warehouse. It can take 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed. For those that pay using a cryptocurrency, we will need the wallet address in order to issue the refund. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
